Water, rice flour, tapioca flour, cornflour, free range eggs, sunflower oil, yeast, fresh rosemary (2%), honey, sea salt, white wine vinegar (sulphites), xanthan gum, agar, baking powder.

Ā Generously strewn with chopped rosemary, these little toasts are thinly sliced and perfectly baked. They are crispy and not at all greasy. These are a very successful gluten free product. An excellent vehicle for a creamy soft cheese, hummus or pate. Lovely toasty flavour.ā
Ingredients
Burrata
A mixture of heritage tomatoes, halved
Belle & Wilde Bread ā warmed or toasted or Belle & Wilde Toasts
Basil Pesto
45g pine nuts, toasted in the oven
2 large bunches of basil (save a few leaves for garnish)
2 cloves of garlic
60g parmesan or similar cheese
5 tbsp olive oil
Method
Roughly blitz all the ingredients with a handheld stick blender or in a food processor. Keep a bit of texture! And remember to save a few basil leaves for your garnish.
Spread your Pesto generously on slices of warm or toasted Belle & Wilde Bread. Top with creamy burrata and heritage tomatoes. Garnish with basil. Delicious with Belle & Wilde Toasts too!
