First tried these on a bit of a whim to use as a gluten free crumb topping for fish. Really pleased with the result – great texture and flavour. Consistency reminds me of a crumble type topping. The texture is a bit like a crumbled melba toast – but with much more flavour. Mixed with a small amount of olive oil, melted butter, fresh chives and a pinch of salt, then placed on top of cod which was oven roasted – the result was delicious. I can think of numerous similar uses… have re ordered and will be using regularly. Lovely product.
