FAQs

What is the shelf life on your products?

Our Luxurious Chocolate Brownies, Magnificent Millionaire Shortbread & Extravagant Chocolate Tiffin (“Sweet Treats”) will all stay fresh for 2 weeks when sealed. We recommend keeping Millionaire Shortbread and Tiffin refrigerated once unwrapped and storing all three in an airtight container and consuming within 3 days of opening. Our retail customers can expect a minimum of 6 months’ shelf-life remaining on delivery of Mini Savoury Biscuits, Crumbs & Toppings & Artisan Toasts. Like our Sweet Treats assortment, once opened, all should be stored in an airtight container and consumed within 3 days. As we use only the finest ingredients and no preservatives, our Artisan Cakes will stay fresh for up to 7 days if stored in an airtight container on opening, but they can be frozen for up to 3 months if sealed.

Can you freeze any of the products?

Yes. You can freeze our Sweet Treats range (Brownies, Millionaire Shortbread, and Tiffin) and Artisan Cakes (Lemon Drizzle, Carrot, Banana & Chocolate Cakes) for up to 3 months. Simply de-frost individually (or as required) at room temperature and they will be delicious for eating.

What are ‘Letterbox’ Brownies?

‘Letterbox’ Brownies simply refers to the method of delivery. (i.e., to brownies that can be posted directly through your letterbox!) Belle & Wilde can transport its full range of products directly to your door via a fully tracked courier service or through the letterbox with Royal Mail.

When will my order arrive?

Royal Mail are the carrier of choice for all ranges apart from our Artisan Cake selection. This is due to the delicate nature of the product and shorter shelf life, so a fully tracked courier service is used for these deliveries. Belle & Wilde use Royal Mail 1st Class post (cost quoted per order). Deliveries should be made the next working day. Orders are despatched on the same day up until 2pm.

Do you deliver Internationally?
